Fresh from being parodied on Saturday Night Live as “the most important chef in the world” new paperwork reveals Bae is already on the lookout for staff at the latest outpost of his global Nusr_Et chain.
The huge two-story restaurant is moving to vacant space D5 at The Park right in the middle of the Las Vegas strip, a short distance from the T-Mobile Arena.

Leaked plans show Bae is dropping a cool $4.5 million on the 12,535 square feet project, equipped with two kitchens on both floors, three dining rooms, a foyer, and a large patio for outdoor dining.
New job listings posted on a Las Vegas culinary recruitment site are calling for candidates with a “focus on upscale fine dining” served in “a beautiful atmosphere”, where “unique and outgoing personalities are not only appreciated but sought-after.”

This will be the 19th branch of Bae’s Nusr_et steakhouses following recent openings in Boston, New York City, Dallas, Turkey, Mykonos, UAE and his upcoming restaurant in London.
When Bae’s representatives were contacted by the Review-Journal about his grand plans for Vegas, they said, “we are happy to confirm that there will be a Nusr_Et Steakhouse in Las Vegas.”
They also guaranteed that the man himself will, “be present at the grand opening and personally accommodate the guests, as he always does.”
