Nusret Gökce aka Salt Bae has been on an incredible life journey, going from very humble beginnings in Turkey to becoming a global restaurant owner that mingles with celebrities through sheer hard work and dedication to the meat industry. However now Gökce has come full circle, returning to Istanbul to complete another lifelong dream of his – owning a hotel.

Salt Bae signs the contract to take over ownership of the hotel
Officially announcing the purchase on his Instagram page, Salt Bae said:
“Today I reached my dream and lifelong goal of own hotel I am very proud to announce that I bought the diamond of Istanbul Nisantasi Park hayatt hotel.”

The hotel is a luxurious five star spot in the heart of Istanbul which is said to have cost Salt Bae a staggering $80million to buy. It is no wonder considering the hotel has 90 rooms each with their own Turkish bath!
Gökce’s company Nusret Turizm Yatirim will take over ownership from Dogus Holding, a company which actually owns Salt Bae’s steakhouses.

Since announcing the deal, Gökce has posted various snaps of the hotel and also of himself standing outside in a victorious pose, as he should considering the incredible business expansion he has had. His restaurant empire is growing every year with burger branches opening shortly in New York and Dubai and now he is a proud owner of a hotel. We can’t wait to see what is next on the horizon for this meat mogul.
