By Since Mark Wahlberg posted his insane daily workout which starts at 2.30am, its become common knowledge that few people in the Hollywood business has fitness commitment like him – or madness for that matter. Well now Wahlberg has upped his love of physical exercise by putting money on it, investing in the Australian fitness franchise F45 Training.
Using his company, the Mark Wahlberg Investment Group, and FOD Capital, he has bought a minority stake in the brand taking over the global fitness industry.
Since launching, F45 Training has grown to have over 1,500 studios across 40 countries, all implementing their signature 45 minute high intensity circuit training that gets results fast. After searching for a strategic partner for a couple of years, they ultimately thought Wahlberg’s investors were the right choice. Luckily the feeling is mutual as the deal now values the company at around $450 million according to Bloomberg.
Wahlberg visits one of the F45 studios and ensures a promotional picture is taken to gather press.

We have no doubt that with Wahlberg’s backing, F45 is going to go from strength to strength, with the actor already featuring the team and merchandise on his Instagram. If it’s good enough for Marky Mark, then its good enough for us!
