The time pressure of a busy service combined with open flames and the heat emitted from ovens, the desire to make each dish perfect and the fact you’re typically working long, late hours makes cheffing one of the most demanding professions.
That’s why I have nothing but respect for the epic chefs who made it to the final of our favorite cooking show Chef Showdown. The finale aired last night and you can check it out below. The task? Create the most epic taco and tequila combination.
