By Fanta has just launched a brand new flavor to help get us excited for Summer. We have already had the tangy Green Apple flavor, but this time it’s going wild!
Introducing Wild Cherry Fanta. Now the base taste isn’t all that new as Cherry does already exist but Delish reports that this was one of the most requested flavors from fans. So for all those that wanted their Cherry Wild, this ones for you.
Of course the question of everyone’s lips is – how does it taste different? Well Fanta explains the drink is “sweet fruit notes with a sharp tart edge.” To us it sounds like a grown up Cherry with an acidic twist. You can probably act like a proper adult when you drink it.
Chew Boom states Fanta will roll out the flavor across major U.S. cities from Feb. 25 and be available in 12-oz. cans, 20-oz. bottles, and two-liter bottles.
The soda market is really trying to push boundaries with flavors of late and so far we have had some surprising delights. Diet Coke launched Blueberry Acai and Strawberry Guava flavors, Coke introduced Orange Vanilla and Sprite is now offering Lymonade. We can’t wait to see what will be launched next – let the tasting commence!
