What Jennifer Aniston Eats In A Day Will Probably Make You A Little Bit Sad

Whenever talk of age-defying celebrities emerges three names regular get brought up: Pharrell, Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Aniston.

The 49-year old actress has long been the admiration of many of us. She’s well known for having enjoyed the same salad for lunch 10-years in a row while shooting Friends, and now her day-to-day eating habits have been revealed. Spoiler: they’re the exact opposite of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s eating habits.

Here’s what Jen told to Elle recently:

“When I wake up, I have warm lemon water and then I have avocado and eggs, which is one of my favorites,” Aniston says. “I sprinkle a little coconut oil on that. Sometimes, I’ll have a puffed millet cereal with a banana or I’ll do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in at the end.”

Lunchtime at the Aniston household means, “some form of vegetables or salad with protein—pretty basic” and dinner is “the same.”

Aniston shared this picture below on her Instagram with the caption, “my perfect salad – Bulgar, cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta cheese, & pistachios.”

Given how limited that diet is you might imagine that Aniston allows herself the occasional treat. When asked she replied, “an apple and sometimes almond butter” – really know how to treat yourself huh Jen!

Turns out she doesn’t even let herself go at Thanksgiving, Easter or Christmas. “I don’t let eating habits get out of control where I need a reset button.”

This very strict diet alongside her rigorous yoga schedule has contributed to the incredible shape Jennifer finds herself in aged-49, you go Jen! Although I could never live like that myself I have nothing but respect for those who can; and have tried a few calorie-reducing hacks recently.

My latest one was actually recommended by President Trump… well, his medical team. They suggested that the President enjoy his burgers bun-less to reduce the amount of calories he consumes per meal.

Smart move Pres!
