Regular readers will know that I’ve got a touch of Ramsay fever. He’s without a doubt my favorite chef and as far as I’m concerned, he’s the gift that keeps on giving.

Who can forget the hilarious moment he was roasted for his terrible Pad Thai, or how about his brutal Tweet throwing serious share at vegans. Then there’s his epic tutorial showing us how to cook the perfect steak, every time.

Well, now Chef Ramsay is back at it with this awesome tutorial for how to make a great breakfast in rapid time. What I love about this dish is it’s super delicious and healthy, but also it can be rustled up in a matter of minutes. For me it’s the ideal weekend breakfast.

Most foodies agree strongly that putting an egg on it transforms almost anything into a proper meal.
